  • If your product arrives damaged, you may request a return or refund by providing a clear unboxing video as proof.
  • The unboxing video must capture the package opening and the damage clearly for validation.

3. Request Timeline

  • Return/refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Beyond this period, we will not be able to process any requests.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Approval Process

  • Once we verify the issue with the provided video, we will either replace the product or issue a refund based on availability.
